Keyword-Targeted Digital Advertising

Similar to contextual targeting, Keyword targeting allows an advertiser to, in short, define their own categories or contexts in which to advertise, and then continue to advertise to those users after they have navigated away from the page with the specified keywords who have visited the client service pages. Any retargeting tactic requires the placement of a pixel or line of code on the advertiser’s website.

Brick and Mortar Contextual Targeting

This is a very cool tactic to target people who have visited or are visiting a certain category of places in the real world. Grocery stores, banks, franchise locations, you name it. Want to get in front of anyone who has been in a McDonald's? No problem. It's a great tool for geo-conquesting at scale, or for nation- or state-wide campaigns when you need to target churchgoers or people who visit hardware stores.

Household-Targeted Digital Advertising

This tool uses street address data to target display or video ads to devices that live within or near those addresses. It can work with any source of address data, cross-referencing GPS data with public property records to ensure accurate targeting. The result is that a consumer data list, customer list, or any other data with a physical address can be used to target digital advertisements down to the household level, without spillover to the neighbors.

Geo-Targeted Digital Advertising

This tool uses the GPS function on mobile devices to serve ads to any mobile device that is within the specified geographic area, or that has been there over the past six months, or during a specified time in the future. Using GPS is extremely accurate, allowing targeting at the household level within 3 meters. The data is provided by government satellites and sourced from apps on mobile devices (whether or not they ask permission to use “location services”).

Retargeted Digital Advertising

The retargeting tool allows ads to be targeted to users who visit the advertiser’s own website. These can be broken out by subpage—for example, if a non-profit organization wants to send donation ads to people who have visited its donor page, and then separate client service ads to people who have visited the client service pages. Any retargeting tactic requires the placement of a pixel or line of code on the advertiser’s website.

If you need to be in front of folks who read your specific local news and weather sites because you're promoting a local event, just define what sites you'd like to place your ads on, and we'll get it done! The included sites do need to have ad space to purchase though, so make sure the sites you'd like to advertise on host ads (just visit the sites and see if you see other ads).
