The work we do is unusual. We’re a little bit niche. Not very many agencies do what we do because it’s actually pretty difficult in the doing of it. But that doesn’t mean it has to be confusing. General Inquiries

  • No, for our first-time clients, we recommend starting with a three-month champion campaign. Once this campaign has concluded, we will analyze the results to inform the strategy and tactics for any future campaigns.

  • It is unlikely that your ad agency can offer the targeted technology services we specialize in. Generally, advertising agencies specialize in various areas such as social media marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, web development, and search engine optimization.

    At Ring, we specialize in providing highly targeted digital display and video advertising that puts a strong emphasis on transparency, reliability, and data analysis. Although our services differ from what your ad agency typically offers, our technology is designed to complement other tactics that ad agencies provide.

  • Your ads can be seen wherever your target audience goes on the Internet where ad space is available, including on mobile and desktop browsers, Internet-connected TVs and streaming devices, and apps. We generally avoid placing ads within Google’s display network or social media platforms because their targeting and ad delivery do not match our values of transparency and accuracy!

  • We specialize in working with B2C companies that offer high-end products or services, including universities, home services, automobile dealerships, and luxury furniture retailers.   • No, it's not advisable to stop your other marketing strategies when you hire Ring. Instead, we recommend running them concurrently with our targeted marketing campaigns. This approach has a better chance of success. For instance, if a potential customer responds to one of the ads we've served for you, they should be able to locate your business easily on Google. The effectiveness of a multi-channel campaign is greater than the sum of its parts, and Ring’s tactics supercharge your other tactics, in addition to being very effective even on their own.

  • While our tech stack isn't patented, it is undoubtedly unique. Although some advertising firms may have similar offerings, none can match the level of precision that we offer in terms of data accuracy and hyper-targeting of your ideal customer.

Pricing

  • Our pricing is based on the number of impressions your ads generate. We do not charge any additional fees for setup, onboarding, or data matching. The only cost you will incur is for the ads we serve to your targeted audience. A smaller budget will reach a smaller audience, while a larger budget will reach a larger audience.

  • Your first set of display (or “banner”) creatives will be free of charge. We create high-quality, HTML 5 animated ads to ensure that your ads load quickly and display sharply on all devices and platforms. We are happy to provide additional sets of display creative, video creation, and editing services at very competitive rates.

Data Usage

  • When we select audiences for our targeted ads, we start our targeting process with household street addresses. This information is obtained from our clients' first-party data or trusted third-party data providers. We also utilize GPS technology sourced and verified from multiple satellites to geo-target ads to specific real-world locations.

  • We love it when clients provide us with their data. Whether your data is comprised of interested prospects, old customer leads, or lost subscriptions, we can help persuade, reignite, and reactivate your contacts.

    If you don’t have data available or you would like to expand upon your existing data, we can partner with you to build an ideal audience made up of real people, not cookie profiles. And yes, it is 100% privacy-compliant!

  • Yes, your data is always secure. We are currently pending SOC2 certification and can provide non-disclosure agreements.

  • After launching a campaign, we send weekly reports detailing the performance of the campaign, along with comments. Following the first report, we will schedule a meeting with you to make sure you understand what is being measured. Upon the completion of a campaign or periodically upon request, we compare the target audience with your provided conversion data to reveal your transparent return-on-ad spend (ROAS).

Technology & Methodology

  • Our clients have had great success pairing our digital technology with direct mail. Research shows that this combination can increase direct mail response rates by up to 118% and conversion rates by 28%, compared to direct mail alone. This is because customers can engage with the advertisement through direct mail and then easily access it on their phones. This creates a seamless experience that can be highly effective in driving results

  • No, we don't use IP targeting. This is because every household Wi-Fi network has an IP address that frequently changes, making it difficult to achieve a high match rate from a first-party target list. Instead, we use device IDs to target each unique device and use GPS location to confirm that it belongs to our target audience's homes.

    Our method of targeting achieves a much higher match rate than traditional IP targeting, allowing for better coverage of your target audience and greater effectiveness of your ad spend.
