Ring was recently approached by a pioneer in the design and manufacturing of specialized energy products who needed to recruit employees, and they wanted to take the same innovative approach to recruiting as they take to their engineering.
The client wanted a targeted and transparent solution to reach currently employed plant workers in surrounding facilities in the Northeastern US, offering them a better
career opportunity.
SOLUTION
Ring deployed a geo-targeting tactic to serve custom-designed, animated digital display
ads to the mobile devices of workers at nearby plants, and then tracked those devices to see how many of them walked into the client’s corporate headquarters.
RESULTS
After only 30 days, and a modest 307,000 impressions served to 17 geo-targeted facilities, we tracked a massive 86 walk-ins to the corporate headquarters of our client, resulting in massive recruiting success.
