SUMMARY & CHALLENGE
Although already a leader in the HVAC business, this local company wanted to obtain new customers and convert prior customers into their monthly service model. After evaluating their ideal candidate, we set out to build a profile to target potential customers.
SOLUTION
We activated the data, reaching the devices inside the households of potential customers and prior customers, providing value for new revenue and customer loyalty.
RESULTS
After 7 months we evaluated the customer data, and this is what the data told us: Ring converted 27% of our household targets and contributed to 10% of gross sales.
