A Cleveland-area automotive dealership knew that people are 60% more likely to buy their next car from the same dealer where their current car is serviced. The dealer wanted to reach recent customers who had purchased a new or used vehicle in the last 12 months, but who had not yet brought it in for service.
SOLUTION
Ring Digital targeted digital display ads to recent customers in 943 households, hitting each household an average of 91 times over 90 days.
RESULTS
After the campaign, Ring Digital analyzed sales and appointment data from the dealership during the period of the digital display ad campaign. The data showed 44 new service appointments had been scheduled from the 943 target households. These 44 customers are now 60% more likely to buy their next car from this dealership than they would have been without Ring Digital ads.
